Our professional as a practice has matured since 2003  and is made up of experienced practitioners from a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds, from Business Consulting, Human Relations (HR) and Organizational Development (OD), Training & Development, etc.

Coaching science is the scientific foundation that underpins the work we deliver to our clients.  Topics such as Human Performance Science, Neuroscience in coaching, Mental and Physical Health among many important emerging coaching discussion topics.

Gary Gopinathan, Founder and Managing Director

Gary Gopinathan is a highly respected motivator on Innovation, Leadership and Entrepreneurship with over 25 years of international business experience working with diverse groups of companies and individuals through business transformation projects, enhancing human capability through strategic leadership coaching and mentoring development programs.

He empowers and develops individuals to succeed through personal transformation. Gary is an advanced certified coach with over 5,000 hours of executive and team coaching experience. He is actively researching and participating in the science of coaching development around the world.

Change happens faster than ever, so leaders must remain adaptable. Good leadership requires flexibility, agility, and curiosity.

Gary began his career in a 12.34 billion Defence organization (MINDEF, Singapore). He spent several years managing large scale enterprise business transformation projects with a budget of over 2 million dollars. His ‘Can Do’ attitude to drive large scale change programs across the organizations made demanding projects delivered on time, budget and quality. He played an key role and responsibility in managing part of the national Defence budget. He served in various independence day Finance and Logistics committees.

A driven entrepreneur, Gary started a digital media agency at an early age. Gary provides executive business mentoring and coaching to Executives and entrepreneurs, on their journey towards success in their personal leadership as well as in their business leadership.

Gary delivers in-house keynote briefing sessions for the corporate sector and educational institutions in the internationally. He has trained over 50,000 participants in Australia, USA, Singapore, India and China amongst other countries.
